Chad Newton —
Chef Chad S. Newton is a well known local epicurean who has cooked at some of the Bay Area's most respected restaurants over the past 10 years, and is probably best known for his recent work at Fish & Farm Restaurant, where he garnered many accolades and stellar reviews, including being awarded Best Burger by 7x7 Magazine. After leaving Fish & Farm in early May, Chef Chad is now working on numerous projects with business partner and well known Restaurateur Frank Klein of FK Restaurants; including American Box, Parcel BBQ, The Bay Area Discovery Museum Café, and The Muir Woods Trading Company. In his free time, Chef Chad likes to write about the industry, eat, drink and frequent the many local Farmers Markets in the Bay Area as well as contribute to many food charities and non-profit educational food programs like CUESA and Meals on Wheels.
