Deepak was born in India, and raised in New Jersey. He received a BA in Biology from Boston University. In his travels, he has worked at fine establishments such as: The Blue Room and Rendezvous Central Square in Cambridge, MA; Union Pacific in NY, NY; Benares in London, England; Jardiniere here in San Francisco. He now heads the kitchen at Serpentine where he brings an exciting, fresh menu with influences from home.
